Funny Facebook status

When I’m not playing Happy Farm (and to be honest I spend a large chunk of my life playing it), I’m usually chatting with my friends on Facebook and looking for funny Facebook status updates to share with my friends. My home feed is very important to me because it contains all of the information I need to stay in touch with my Facebook contacts, and from there I can comment and connect with them easily.

One of the funniest Facebook update messages I ever saw was when someone wrote their message upside down in the box. I didn’t know how they did it, so I did a search and found that you can actually get an alphabet (like a full set of letters) which is upside down. Amazing, right? I can show you here what the funny Facebook status looked like:

Funny Facebook status

Facebook status: Danny ¡ǝɯıʇ ǝɯɐs ǝɥʇ ʇɐ ʞooqǝɔɐɟ ǝsn puɐ puɐʇspuɐɥ ɐ op ʎןןɐuıɟ uɐɔ

Isn’t that hilarious?! So now when I change my update message I always think about what my friends will think and whether they will laugh or comment about it. I also sometimes wonder if they will copy my update and show their friends.

Another great status is one which is controversial and makes people want to argue with you. I have realised that the more people who comment on your status or who click the ‘like’ button means that you have more chance of arriving on their ‘news feed’ and therefore more people will see your message. Anyway, I’m going to keep looking for more funny Facebook status updates – see you soon!

Happy farm hints

Happy Farm on Facebook is experiencing an enormous boom in popularity, thanks mainly to its viral invitations program, addictive gameplay and the many different social features within its framework. One of the keys to the game is trying to get a balance between growing crops and helpin your friends tend to their farms.

Happy Farm hints

Weeds, bugs and dryness can all affect your crops and the crops of your friends. If you have weeds on a plant you will receive experience for spraying weedkiller on them to get rid of them. You also receive 1 coin (which can be spent on lots of different things, from houses to dog houses to fences to whole layouts).

Bugs can eat through your crops and affect your output. Big bugs especially harm your farm, so you must make sure that you kill them straight away! The problem with the large bugs is that they not only eat your crops, but they have the equivalent of 500% of the health of smaller worms. That means you have to spray them five times in order to kill them…but wait…

You can only use bug spray once per hour, so in reality you either have to wait 5 hours to kill a big worm, or get your friends to help you! Some people think it’s an advantage to kill everything on your own farm yourself…but it’s not true! Think about it…if you let the bugs eat through your crops then when they finally mature you’ll have no food! That sucks. So share the experience and share the love with your friends! You’ll be rewarded!

How can you cheat at Happy Farm?

I read somewhere that it’s possible to cheat on Happy Farm on Facebook. Someone said something about having to play with your friend’s account, and then by adding weeds to your Happy Farm and then removing them yourself, you could get lots of free experience and free money on Happy Farm.

Happy Farm cheats

But why would anyone want to do this?! Happy Farm is one of the most lovely games you can play as an application, but some people want to cheat! Ok, it’s possible that it’s not really a ‘cheat’ but more of a strategy, but I’m not convinced…It’s probably not in the spirit of the game.

I’m going to do some more investigation about cheating at Happy Farm, and then will report back soon!

Happy Farm on Facebook!

Happy Farm is now on Facebook! I love this game! I think I have to blog about how cool it is to finally be able to play Happy Farm on Facebook, because I have been loving the game on Chinese social networks (Xiaonei, Kaixin, Kaixin001) for a long time. Let me tell you some more about it…

So when I first joined a Chinese social network, I saw some people playing this game. Why would anyone want to play a farming game? Well first of all you have a lot of fun doing it. Happy Farm on Facebook lets you play with your friends (who also have the application installed) and you can steal their vegetables, help them kill their weeds or even kill worms in their garden!

Some people have dogs in Happy Farmer on Facebook. You can get a dog by inviting friends to join the application – you only need 5 (five) people to accept your invitation to get a beautiful attack dog helping your farm by guarding against thieves you are trying to steal your crops or vandals who are trying to put worms or weeds on your vegetables!

Ok, time to go to sleep – but check out Happy Farm on Facebook!
